Meet the Staff

Here at Central General Practice, our Doctors are all vocationally registered and actively involved in continuing medical education and community activities. Our nursing and reception staff all receive regular professional development training.

  • Doctors

    Principal Doctor

    Dr. Will Twycross has post-graduate diplomas in Tropical Health, Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Anaesthetics. Will has a special interest in Men’s Health and Paediatrics as well as providing supervisory obstetric care (including Caesarean section). Will has been awarded an OAM for his services to the community.

    Associate Doctors

    Dr. Emily Dirksen completed her MBBS at Sydney University and more recently earned a diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology. Originating from California and a former elite
    athlete, Emily has a strong interest in sports medicine as well as obstetrics (including caesareans) and gynaecology, paediatrics, and general medicine.

    Dr. Daniela Friday has a diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.  Daniela graduated in Slovakia and speaks a number of languages. Daniela has a special interest in Women’s Health and Paediatrics.

    Dr. John Hall has many years’ experience as a general practitioner. He maintains an interest in community service and has been awarded an OAM for community work through Rotary and in particular a homeless youth foundation.

    Dr. Ben Nally earned his Medical Degree through Monash University and completed junior training in Melbourne. He is qualified in Anaesthetics and has special interest in Emergency, Sports and General Medicine. Ben is a father of two girls and a keen Hawthorn supporter.

    Dr. Marian Morrissey has  practiced medicine in Perth and Far North Queensland. She has diplomas in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (including caesarean) and Child Health. Marian has special interest in women and children’s health and minor procedures. Recently moved to the area with a young family, Marian speaks reasonable Swedish and enjoys all things winter.

    Dr. Rosemary Radford has completed her MBBS through Monash University. Her recent experience at Northeast Health Wangaratta and Albury Base focused on her special interest areas of general medicine, minor skin surgery, and emergency and critical care medicine.

    Dr. Mani Sathveegarajah has completed his Doctorate of Medicine in Saint Petersburg, Russia. He has a post graduate diploma in child health and has recently finished his emergency medicine training at Albury Wodonga Health. He speaks several languages and has special interests in general medicine, emergency medicine and psychiatry. Mani is a registered Quit Smoking Educator with Quit Victoria.
